Plan Local SEO Services Around the New Surfaces and Repairs Your Concrete Business Handles

Search Geek Solutions helps concrete contractors compete for slab, walk, replacement and repair inquiries through local SEO services built around their crews' work. We apply SEO as Science and proprietary methods to practical project content, Google Maps strategy and efforts toward visibility in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. Google Ads management can add a paid-search route, helping customers bring useful site details to your estimator rather than stopping at a finished-project photo.

Explain New Concrete Work Separately from Repairs

For a new surface, visitors can describe how it will be used, where it sits and what access is available. Your page should explain the types of flatwork or specialty work you actually offer without specifying load capacity or structural suitability from a generic example.

For an existing surface, repair and replacement need a condition assessment. Help the owner explain what they see and what they want to change. Avoid promising that one treatment resolves every crack or that all surfaces can return to use on a fixed schedule.

Show Which Concrete Jobs Your Crew Handles

Customers may use similar words for concrete, masonry, paving and foundation work, but those are not automatically the same service. We make your service pages clear about the surface work you offer. Engineering and structural responsibilities need their own confirmed scope and qualifications.

Copywriting turns your project information into clear website text. We can explain what a photograph shows, how the surface is used and which work your crew delivered. An attractive finish is not a performance guarantee. Your team remains responsible for assessing the site and specifying the work.

Use the Calls Your Office Receives to Improve the Right Page

Start with the concrete work your business prefers, the locations it covers and the site information needed to qualify a request. Align that offer across local search, Google Maps and the website. Geographic reach must reflect real coverage rather than a set of duplicate town pages.

Competitive analysis compares what customers can learn from other concrete companies' websites with the information on yours. We also review the mobile user experience: can a visitor find the relevant work and reach your office? If callers repeatedly confuse repair with replacement, clarify that choice before adding more pages. More visits alone do not show that the work fits your crew.

Give Concrete Questions Useful Project Facts

Who builds concrete surfaces or assesses repair and replacement?

  • Supported surface types
  • Real flatwork project descriptions
  • Structural responsibility boundaries
Illustrative AI discovery journey, not an actual recommendation or guaranteed inclusion.

Concrete answers should make supported work and intended use understandable while leaving structural suitability and project specifications to the responsible professional. Clear limits make the next assessment more useful without inventing engineering authority. The SOL Diamonds example below is jewelry evidence, not a result for concrete contractors. It shows an observed AI referral channel, not a forecast for your business.

An example from a jewelry business: SOL Diamonds

For SOL Diamonds, 36.4% of tracked website actions came from visits linked to ChatGPT in August 2026. These included form events and phone clicks, not confirmed sales.

We help make your business information and service explanations clear for customers using traditional search or AI search engines, tools that can answer questions using information from websites. Accurate services, useful answers and facts people can check support that work. They do not guarantee that an AI answer will include your business.

What this number means

The percentage compares actions from visits linked to chatgpt.com with all tracked website actions in the report. It is a share of actions, not an increase. The sample is small: one client and one month.

One person may click or submit a form more than once. These actions do not count separate customers, completed calls, sales or revenue. Calls from the Google business listing are outside this total. The recorded source does not prove what caused the result.

Know What Changed and What to Do Next

Review new flatwork, replacement and repair inquiries separately where your records allow it. Your office can tell us whether the requested use, access and work fit your crew. Use that feedback to choose the next page improvement instead of treating every contact as a concrete job.

The earlier inquiry counts were small. A large percentage increase does not mean a large number of separate customers.

Keep the numbers separate

Site visits, inquiries from unpaid search and calls from the Google listing measure different things. Adding them would not give a count of separate customers.

Use the report to choose the next step

Ask which inquiries fit the work you want before choosing a page to improve. This is an example question, not a record of advice given to this client.

Your report should help you understand what happened and what needs attention. Here is what the reporting work includes.

Your Numbers in One Place

Your Data Studio dashboard is an online report of the measures agreed for your plan. Google Search Console can show search impressions and clicks; Google Analytics can show website visits and recorded actions. We explain what the available data measures and what it cannot tell us. These tools do not by themselves show which inquiries became jobs.

An Explanation of What Changed

Your SEO Insights explain changes in plain language. Your office helps fill in what a report cannot tell us: which calls were useful and which became jobs.

What to Work on Next

Your Monthly SEO Recommendations set out what to improve next and why. The work stays within the plan you have agreed to.

A website action is not a booked job. Your call and customer records help show which requests fit. We keep Google Business Profile activity, unpaid search visits and ad visits separate. Return on investment compares the business return attributable to the work with its cost. That needs verified returns, costs and a defined period; more visits or recorded forms alone do not establish it.

Local-Town SEO Starts At

$800/month

For a local town with no competition. The area and competition determine which plan fits; this is not a price for every business.

What Each Plan Adds

Final plan inclusions must be agreed in writing. The base plan includes four planned articles each month, improvements to key pages and basic work to help local customers find you. It also includes checks on the information that helps people trust your business and tracking of results. Articles are researched and reviewed before publication. We do not add needless pages to meet a count.

Low–mid adds outreach to relevant websites to seek links to your site, plus several posts each week on your Google Business Profile, your business listing on Google. Mid ($1,800/month) and High also include work on how often people click after seeing your search listing. Those plans include a Knowledge Sheet, a record of key business facts, updated every six months. They add work to explain your services and support your business information with evidence.

The $800 plan does not include several Google business listing posts each week. Local SEO has a six-month minimum. Setup, broader markets, extra profiles and work outside the plan are separate. Read the full pricing terms.

A Good Fit

You know which jobs you want and where your crews work. Someone can answer calls, share project details you have permission to use and tell us which requests fit.

Fix What Gets in the Way First

A broken form or an unanswered phone can lose a good request. Unclear service areas or missing access to your Google listing can also hold up the work. Being found more often does not solve those problems by itself.

Questions About Concrete Marketing

Should the website give a standard curing or access time?

Only when the business provides a verified statement with the conditions that govern it. A generic marketing page should not replace project-specific guidance about use or access.

Does a concrete page also cover foundation repair?

Not by default. Explain the confirmed scope and keep structural or foundation responsibilities separate unless the business has verified that capability and its limits.

Talk About the Concrete Jobs You Want Customers to Find

Share the work you offer, intended customer uses and the enquiries that do not fit. We can discuss how clearer service information and local visibility should support that scope.

Agree on Who Does What

Before work starts, agree which website changes SGS will make and which need your team or web developer. You confirm your services, coverage and the project details we can use. Our SEO services connect that information with the pages and local-search work in your agreed plan.
