Make the delivery model understandable

Plan Local SEO Services to Explain Who Designs and Builds in Your Business

Search Geek Solutions helps design-build firms turn interest in a finished space into conversations about the whole project through local SEO services. Our SEO as Science approach uses proprietary methods to clarify how design and construction work together, supported by Google Maps strategy and efforts toward visibility in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. Google Ads management can support that growth plan, helping prospective clients understand who does what before requesting a consultation.

Show Customers Who Handles Design and Construction

  1. Project intentions and site context
  2. Design ownership and construction scope
  3. A discussion about who designs and who builds
Example of a customer's first questions, not a real project or a promised result. Your team assesses and does the trade work.

Explain Your Design and Construction Services Before the First Call

Integrated delivery means bringing design and construction together in one project arrangement. Your website needs to explain what that means at your firm: who designs, who builds and who is responsible under the agreement. We help make that explanation clear instead of assuming every design-build company works the same way.

Someone who already has plans may want construction only. Explain whether you accept that work and what your team reviews before a proposal. Describe the advantages you can support, without claiming that combining design and construction always costs less or finishes sooner.

Use Project Examples to Explain Each Team's Role

Approved project examples can explain the firm's contribution from planning through the work delivered. Distinguish in-house design from collaborator responsibilities. Architecture credentials, engineering services and permit handling require their own current evidence.

Service pages should explain which design and construction work you provide. Label a design concept differently from a completed project and credit outside contributors. Your content strategy is the plan for those pages and the customer questions they answer, not a claim that every project uses the same arrangement.

Explain What Your Team Needs Before Discussing a Project

Tell prospective customers which project, site and design details help your team prepare for a conversation. Explain who will make decisions and who owns any existing plans. We can put that information beside your current contact route without introducing a new assessment service or promising an automatic proposal.

We review local search information, including how your business details on Google Maps relate to the services and coverage on your website. We also review the mobile user experience: can someone understand your design and construction offer and contact you? Conversion rate optimization means testing improvements to that existing journey within the agreed scope. It does not decide which projects your firm can accept or guarantee signed contracts.

Make Project Responsibilities Clear in AI Discovery

Who will design, who will build and can I bring existing plans?

  • Actual design and build arrangement
  • Documented team and collaborator roles
  • Construction-only scope if offered
Illustrative AI discovery journey, not an actual recommendation or guaranteed inclusion.

Clear descriptions of design ownership, construction responsibility and the next decision help make a design-build offer understandable in search and AI answers. The wording must reflect the firm's actual agreement rather than a generic claim about the model. The SOL Diamonds example below is jewelry evidence, not a result for design-build firms. It shows an observed AI referral channel, not a forecast for your business.

An example from a jewelry business: SOL Diamonds

For SOL Diamonds, 36.4% of tracked website actions came from visits linked to ChatGPT in August 2026. These included form events and phone clicks, not confirmed sales.

We help make your business information and service explanations clear for customers using traditional search or AI search engines, tools that can answer questions using information from websites. Accurate services, useful answers and facts people can check support that work. They do not guarantee that an AI answer will include your business.

What this number means

The percentage compares actions from visits linked to chatgpt.com with all tracked website actions in the report. It is a share of actions, not an increase. The sample is small: one client and one month.

One person may click or submit a form more than once. These actions do not count separate customers, completed calls, sales or revenue. Calls from the Google business listing are outside this total. The recorded source does not prove what caused the result.

Know What Changed and What to Do Next

Review requests for combined design and construction separately from design-only or construction-only inquiries. Your team's notes about the requested work and project stage help us decide what to explain next. Website visits and forms alone do not show contract value or return on investment.

The business connection

Follow the Project from Agreement to Bottom Line

Agreed design and construction work

Booked Work
An agreed job is not yet a customer payment.
Revenue and Collections
Record earned job revenue; track collected payments separately.
Costs to Account For
Design work · construction · collaborators; overhead and marketing.
Profit Is What Remains
Revenue less delivery costs, overhead and marketing; account for tax as applicable.

Marketing ROI needs attributable return and a defined marketing cost basis. More calls alone do not establish it.

Illustrative business relationship, not a revenue forecast, margin estimate or achieved result.

The earlier inquiry counts were small. A large percentage increase does not mean a large number of separate customers.

Keep the numbers separate

Site visits, inquiries from unpaid search and calls from the Google listing measure different things. Adding them would not give a count of separate customers.

Use the report to choose the next step

Ask which inquiries fit the work you want before choosing a page to improve. This is an example question, not a record of advice given to this client.

Your report should help you understand what happened and what needs attention. Here is what the reporting work includes.

Your Numbers in One Place

Your Data Studio dashboard is an online report of the measures agreed for your plan. Google Search Console can show search impressions and clicks; Google Analytics can show website visits and recorded actions. We explain what the available data measures and what it cannot tell us. These tools do not by themselves show which inquiries became jobs.

An Explanation of What Changed

Your SEO Insights explain changes in plain language. Your office helps fill in what a report cannot tell us: which calls were useful and which became jobs.

What to Work on Next

Your Monthly SEO Recommendations set out what to improve next and why. The work stays within the plan you have agreed to.

A website action is not a booked job. Your call and customer records help show which requests fit. We keep Google Business Profile activity, unpaid search visits and ad visits separate. Return on investment compares the business return attributable to the work with its cost. That needs verified returns, costs and a defined period; more visits or recorded forms alone do not establish it.

Compare the Plans and What They Include

Local-Town SEO Starts At

$800/month

For a local town with no competition. The area and competition determine which plan fits; this is not a price for every business.

What Each Plan Adds

Final plan inclusions must be agreed in writing. The base plan includes four planned articles each month, improvements to key pages and basic work to help local customers find you. It also includes checks on the information that helps people trust your business and tracking of results. Articles are researched and reviewed before publication. We do not add needless pages to meet a count.

Low–mid adds outreach to relevant websites to seek links to your site, plus several posts each week on your Google Business Profile, your business listing on Google. Mid ($1,800/month) and High also include work on how often people click after seeing your search listing. Those plans include a Knowledge Sheet, a record of key business facts, updated every six months. They add work to explain your services and support your business information with evidence.

The $800 plan does not include several Google business listing posts each week. Local SEO has a six-month minimum. Setup, broader markets, extra profiles and work outside the plan are separate. Read the full pricing terms.

A Good Fit

You know which jobs you want and where your crews work. Someone can answer calls, share project details you have permission to use and tell us which requests fit.

Fix What Gets in the Way First

A broken form or an unanswered phone can lose a good request. Unclear service areas or missing access to your Google listing can also hold up the work. Being found more often does not solve those problems by itself.

Questions About Design-Build Marketing

Can we say design-build is always faster or cheaper?

Not without evidence for the specific claim and comparison. Explain how your actual delivery arrangement works and what affects the project rather than promising a universal advantage.

Should design-only visitors have a separate path?

Make it clear whether you accept design-only work. If you do, explain the scope; if you do not, state that boundary. A separate page is useful only when the confirmed offer and buyer questions justify it.

Discuss a Search Plan for Your Design-Build Business

Bring your design and construction services, your collaborators' roles and examples of the projects you want to discuss. We can plan website explanations and local-search priorities around how your firm actually works.

Agree on Who Does What

Before work starts, agree which website changes SGS will make and which need your team or web developer. You confirm your services, coverage and the project details we can use. Our SEO services connect that information with the pages and local-search work in your agreed plan.
