Explain the assessment, not a diagnosis

Make Your Foundation Assessment Services Easier to Find

Search Geek Solutions helps foundation-repair owners compete for assessment inquiries through local SEO services that give concerned homeowners a clear next step. Our SEO as Science approach uses proprietary methods for service clarity, Google Maps strategy and efforts toward visibility in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. Google Ads management can support the same assessment priorities through paid search, while diagnosis and repair decisions remain with your qualified team.

From a Concern to a Professional Assessment

  1. Describe the concern
  2. Check what the team assesses
  3. Professional evaluation
Example of a customer's first questions, not a real project or a promised result. Your team assesses and does the trade work.

Start with the Assessment, Not a Repair Promise

A caller may describe a crack or movement without knowing the cause. Explain what your team assesses and how to contact you. We help make that step clear. The website should not decide whether a structure is safe or choose a repair method.

Separate Structural Work from Moisture Problems

Describe the structural repair or stabilization work you actually offer. Waterproofing, drainage and cosmetic concrete work are different services, even when a caller mentions them together. We clarify the existing pages instead of creating a new one for every symptom.

Explain Who Looks at the Property

Customers should know who reviews their concern, what to discuss with the office and how an assessment is arranged. Use only current qualifications and applicable warranty terms. Keep your service area accurate on Google Maps. Avoid fear-based claims or unsupported arrival promises.

Foundation pages should make assessment responsibilities clear without diagnosing a home.

Moisture-only concerns reach the structural-repair team.Where foundation repair ends and waterproofing or drainage work begins.Clarify the service boundaries shared with related pages.

Look at the Concerns Behind the Requests

Separate structural-assessment calls from moisture-only and cosmetic-concrete requests. Google Search Console shows how people find you. Google Analytics records website activity. Your team tells us which calls fit. A submitted form is not a diagnosis or a completed repair.

Give AI Search Facts, Not a Diagnosis

Who can assess a foundation concern without guessing at the cause?

  • Actual assessment process
  • Confirmed structural work
  • Current qualifications and coverage
Illustrative AI discovery journey, not an actual recommendation or guaranteed inclusion.

An artificial intelligence (AI) answer may leave a homeowner with more questions about a crack. We help explain your assessment process and supported work. Your team confirms professional qualifications and technical details. Neither the website nor an AI answer can assess structural safety. The SOL Diamonds example below is from a jewelry business, not a result for foundation repair companies.

An example from a jewelry business: SOL Diamonds

For SOL Diamonds, 36.4% of tracked website actions came from visits linked to ChatGPT in August 2026. These included form events and phone clicks, not confirmed sales.

We work on how customers find your business in search and how AI tools understand your services. Both need clear answers, accurate business details and facts people can check.

What this number means

The percentage compares actions from visits linked to chatgpt.com with all tracked website actions in the report. It is a share of actions, not an increase. The sample is small: one client and one month.

One person may click or submit a form more than once. These actions do not count separate customers, completed calls, sales or revenue. Calls from the Google business listing are outside this total. The recorded source does not prove what caused the result.

If moisture-only calls keep reaching the structural team, review the boundary between foundation repair and waterproofing. Use the office's feedback to clarify that difference.

The earlier inquiry counts were small. A large percentage increase does not mean a large number of separate customers.

Keep the numbers separate

Site visits, inquiries from unpaid search and calls from the Google listing measure different things. Adding them would not give a count of separate customers.

Use the report to choose the next step

Ask which inquiries fit the work you want before choosing a page to improve. This is an example question, not a record of advice given to this client.

Your report should help you understand what happened and what needs attention. Here is what the reporting work includes.

Your Numbers in One Place

Your Data Studio dashboard is an online report. It shows the agreed measures of how people find you, calls, forms and where inquiries came from.

An Explanation of What Changed

Your SEO Insights explain changes in plain language. Your office helps fill in what a report cannot tell us: which calls were useful and which became jobs.

What to Work on Next

Your Monthly SEO Recommendations set out what to improve next and why. The work stays within the plan you have agreed to.

A website action is not a booked job. Your call and customer records help show which requests fit. We keep Google Business Profile activity, unpaid search visits and ad visits separate. To judge whether the work pays for itself, we need actual business returns and costs. We do not guess missing figures.

Compare the Plans and What They Include

Local-Town SEO Starts At

$800/month

For a local town with no competition. The area and competition determine which plan fits; this is not a price for every business.

Compare plans and prices ↗

What Each Plan Adds

The base plan includes four planned articles each month, improvements to key pages and basic work to help local customers find you. It also includes checks on the information that helps people trust your business and tracking of results. Articles are researched and reviewed before publication. We do not add needless pages to meet a count.

Low–mid adds outreach to relevant websites to seek links to your site, plus several posts each week on your Google Business Profile, your business listing on Google. Mid ($1,800/month) and High also include work on how often people click after seeing your search listing. Those plans include a Knowledge Sheet, a record of key business facts, updated every six months. They add work to explain your services and support your business information with evidence.

The $800 plan does not include several Google business listing posts each week. Local SEO has a six-month minimum. Setup, broader markets, extra profiles and work outside the plan are separate. Read the full pricing terms.

A Good Fit

You know which jobs you want and where your crews work. Someone can answer calls, share project details you have permission to use and tell us which requests fit.

Fix What Gets in the Way First

A broken form or an unanswered phone can lose a good request. Unclear service areas or missing access to your Google listing can also hold up the work. Being found more often does not solve those problems by itself.

Questions About Foundation Repair Marketing

Can a Page Recommend a Repair From a Symptom?

It can explain your services and assessment process, but it cannot choose a repair for an unseen property. A qualified professional must make that decision.

Should We Mention Waterproofing?

Yes, when it helps explain what you do and do not offer. Moisture work and structural assessment are not interchangeable.

Can We Show Engineering Credentials?

Only when evidence supports the exact person, business and work described. Technical wording alone does not prove an engineering qualification.

Make the First Assessment Step Clear

Share your current pages, the work your team assesses and who checks technical information. Let's discuss how to help customers understand the next step.

Agree on Who Does What

Before work starts, we agree on the website changes SGS will make and what needs your team or web developer. You confirm your services, service area and project details. Our contractor SEO services help local customers find and understand that work.
