Brick, stone and a clearer project conversation

Plan Local SEO Services Around the Repair and New-Build Work Your Masonry Business Accepts

Search Geek Solutions helps masonry owners compete for projects that suit their craft and crews through focused local SEO services. We practice SEO as Science, using proprietary methods to explain brickwork, stonework and repairs across useful website content and Google Maps information while pursuing visibility in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. Google Ads management can bring paid search into that plan, helping property owners understand the work before asking your team for an estimate.

Show Customers What to Discuss with Your Masonry Team

  1. Existing material and condition
  2. Repair or new construction
  3. A conversation about project fit
Example of a customer's first questions, not a real project or a promised result. Your team assesses and does the trade work.

Help Your Website Attract the Repair and Building Work You Want

A homeowner with worn mortar needs to know whether your crew handles that repair. Someone planning new stone steps needs examples of the work you build. We help your website explain those differences so your office has a clearer starting point when a customer calls. Your team assesses the property; the website does not diagnose a structural problem.

For new work, explain the features and materials you build with and the access details your estimator needs. We can pair project photographs you have permission to share with captions describing your crew's contribution. A patio photograph should not suggest historic-restoration or engineered retaining-wall expertise that you have not confirmed.

Explain Your Brickwork, Stonework and Repair Services

We plan service pages around the brickwork, stonework, repointing and construction work you confirm. Competitive analysis means reviewing what customers can learn from other businesses' websites and where your own information could be clearer. Copywriting turns your verified services and project details into useful explanations; it does not create credentials your business has not earned.

Keep masonry separate from adjacent concrete, chimney and hardscaping work unless your business confirms those services. Explain when a general contractor or another qualified professional is responsible. That distinction gives the customer a useful boundary without promising structural performance or material warranties.

Connect Local Search with the Masonry Services You Offer

We review your Google Business Profile, the business listing that appears in Google Maps, alongside your website's service and coverage information. Local search should help nearby customers find work your crew can take on, without suggesting branch offices you do not have. A landing page, the page a visitor first reaches, should make the relevant repair or building service and contact details clear.

Bring the questions your office hears, project photographs you can share and examples of work you accept or decline. We use them to review the user experience: can a visitor understand your masonry services and contact you easily on a phone? If web design changes or conversion rate optimization are needed, agree the scope first. Conversion rate optimization means testing improvements to how visitors take an agreed next step, not promising more booked jobs.

Give Masonry Questions Materials and Project Context

Who handles repointing and new brick or stone features?

  • Brick, stone and repair scope
  • Approved project descriptions
  • Assessment and specialist boundaries
Illustrative AI discovery journey, not an actual recommendation or guaranteed inclusion.

For masonry questions, clear descriptions of materials, assessment scope and verified project work give search and AI systems useful information to reference. A visible crack is not enough to establish a cause or a repair specification. The SOL Diamonds example below is jewelry evidence, not a result for masonry contractors. It shows an observed AI referral channel, not a forecast for your business.

An example from a jewelry business: SOL Diamonds

For SOL Diamonds, 36.4% of tracked website actions came from visits linked to ChatGPT in August 2026. These included form events and phone clicks, not confirmed sales.

We help make your business information and service explanations clear for customers using traditional search or AI search engines, tools that can answer questions using information from websites. Accurate services, useful answers and facts people can check support that work. They do not guarantee that an AI answer will include your business.

What this number means

The percentage compares actions from visits linked to chatgpt.com with all tracked website actions in the report. It is a share of actions, not an increase. The sample is small: one client and one month.

One person may click or submit a form more than once. These actions do not count separate customers, completed calls, sales or revenue. Calls from the Google business listing are outside this total. The recorded source does not prove what caused the result.

Connect Masonry Jobs to the Bottom Line

Booked Work
An agreed job is not yet a customer payment.
Revenue and Collections

Costs to Account For

Profit Is What Remains

Marketing ROI needs attributable return and a defined marketing cost basis. More calls alone do not establish it.

The earlier inquiry counts were small. A large percentage increase does not mean a large number of separate customers.

Keep the numbers separate

Site visits, inquiries from unpaid search and calls from the Google listing measure different things. Adding them would not give a count of separate customers.

Use the report to choose the next step

Ask which inquiries fit the work you want before choosing a page to improve. This is an example question, not a record of advice given to this client.

Your report should help you understand what happened and what needs attention. Here is what the reporting work includes.

Your Numbers in One Place

Your Data Studio dashboard is an online report of the measures agreed for your plan. Google Search Console can show search impressions and clicks; Google Analytics can show website visits and recorded actions. We explain what the available data measures and what it cannot tell us. These tools do not by themselves show which inquiries became jobs.

An Explanation of What Changed

Your SEO Insights explain changes in plain language. Your office helps fill in what a report cannot tell us: which calls were useful and which became jobs.

What to Work on Next

Your Monthly SEO Recommendations set out what to improve next and why. The work stays within the plan you have agreed to.

A website action is not a booked job. Your call and customer records help show which requests fit. We keep Google Business Profile activity, unpaid search visits and ad visits separate. Return on investment compares the business return attributable to the work with its cost. That needs verified returns, costs and a defined period; more visits or recorded forms alone do not establish it.

What Each Plan Adds

Final plan inclusions must be agreed in writing. The base plan includes four planned articles each month, improvements to key pages and basic work to help local customers find you. It also includes checks on the information that helps people trust your business and tracking of results. Articles are researched and reviewed before publication. We do not add needless pages to meet a count.

Low–mid adds outreach to relevant websites to seek links to your site, plus several posts each week on your Google Business Profile, your business listing on Google. Mid ($1,800/month) and High also include work on how often people click after seeing your search listing. Those plans include a Knowledge Sheet, a record of key business facts, updated every six months. They add work to explain your services and support your business information with evidence.

The $800 plan does not include several Google business listing posts each week. Local SEO has a six-month minimum. Setup, broader markets, extra profiles and work outside the plan are separate. Read the full pricing terms.

A Good Fit

You know which jobs you want and where your crews work. Someone can answer calls, share project details you have permission to use and tell us which requests fit.

Fix What Gets in the Way First

A broken form or an unanswered phone can lose a good request. Unclear service areas or missing access to your Google listing can also hold up the work. Being found more often does not solve those problems by itself.

Questions About Masonry Marketing

Should every masonry material have its own page?

Only when the supported work and buyer questions justify a distinct destination. A useful combined page is better than several near-identical pages with material names exchanged.

Can project photos prove specialist restoration experience?

They can document the work shown when permission and context are clear. They do not establish a restoration credential, structural qualification or warranty that has not been verified.

Talk About the Masonry Work You Want Your Website to Support

Share the materials you work with, the repair or construction work you want and the areas you actually cover. We can discuss a search plan that makes those distinctions clear.

Agree on Who Does What

Before work starts, agree which website changes SGS will make and which need your team or web developer. You confirm your services, coverage and the project details we can use. Our SEO services connect that information with the pages and local-search work in your agreed plan.
