Specific concern or ongoing prevention?

Make Your Pest Services Clear Before the First Call

Search Geek Solutions provides local SEO services to help pest-control owners attract both treatment inquiries and ongoing-service conversations. Our SEO as Science approach uses proprietary methods to make the pests, properties and plans you handle clearer on your website and Google Maps while pursuing visibility in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. Google Ads management can support the same priorities through paid search, with a different customer path for an immediate concern and a year-round plan.

Two Reasons to Contact a Pest-Control Business

  1. Describe the concern
  2. Check the services offered
  3. Discuss the next step
Example of a customer's first questions, not a real project or a promised result. Your team assesses and does the trade work.

Answer the Pest Question First

When someone notices pests, they first want to know whether you handle that concern. Show the pests and property types you serve, then explain how to contact the office. A customer comparing regular visits needs a different answer: what the plan includes and what it does not.

Separate Treatment, Monitoring and Wildlife Work

Describe inspections, treatments and monitoring only where you offer them. Give each supported pest useful answers rather than repeating the same text. Keep wildlife work separate. Your team supplies the correct license details, restrictions and guarantee terms.

Make the Next Call Easier to Handle

Help customers explain the concern, property type and location through your existing contact route. Your team decides the assessment and availability. Website copy should not diagnose an infestation, recommend chemicals or promise an immediate visit. Keep your service area consistent with Google Maps.

Pest-control website priorities should reflect the concern and service being discussed.

Find Out What the Calls Are About

Separate current pest concerns from ongoing-plan questions. Google Search Console shows how people find your site; Google Analytics records website use. Your office can tell us whether the pests, properties and requests fit. That helps us improve the answers, not just celebrate a larger call count.

Give AI Discovery Pest Facts It Can Check

Does this company handle my pest concern or offer ongoing visits?

  • Supported pests and property types
  • Treatment and monitoring scope
  • Confirmed plan inclusions
Illustrative AI discovery journey, not an actual recommendation or guaranteed inclusion.

Customers may read pest advice in an artificial intelligence (AI) answer before calling. We help make your supported pests, properties and limits clear. Your qualified team checks treatment details and supplies any license or guarantee terms. An online answer is not a property inspection. The SOL Diamonds example below is from a jewelry business, not a result for pest control companies.

An example from a jewelry business: SOL Diamonds

For SOL Diamonds, 36.4% of tracked website actions came from visits linked to ChatGPT in August 2026. These included form events and phone clicks, not confirmed sales.

We work on how customers find your business in search and how AI tools understand your services. Both need clear answers, accurate business details and facts people can check.

ChatGPTOther sources

What this number means

The percentage compares actions from visits linked to chatgpt.com with all tracked website actions in the report. It is a share of actions, not an increase. The sample is small: one client and one month.

One person may click or submit a form more than once. These actions do not count separate customers, completed calls, sales or revenue. Calls from the Google business listing are outside this total. The recorded source does not prove what caused the result.

Know What Changed and What to Do Next

Look at one-time requests and ongoing-plan interest separately. If wildlife calls keep reaching a treatment-only business, the first fix may be clearer service wording.

Booked Work
An agreed job is not yet a customer payment.

Costs to Account For

Marketing ROI needs attributable return and a defined marketing cost basis. More calls alone do not establish it.

The earlier inquiry counts were small. A large percentage increase does not mean a large number of separate customers.

Keep the numbers separate

Site visits, inquiries from unpaid search and calls from the Google listing measure different things. Adding them would not give a count of separate customers.

Use the report to choose the next step

Ask which inquiries fit the work you want before choosing a page to improve. This is an example question, not a record of advice given to this client.

Your report should help you understand what happened and what needs attention. Here is what the reporting work includes.

Your Numbers in One Place

Your Data Studio dashboard is an online report. It shows the agreed measures of how people find you, calls, forms and where inquiries came from.

An Explanation of What Changed

Your SEO Insights explain changes in plain language. Your office helps fill in what a report cannot tell us: which calls were useful and which became jobs.

What to Work on Next

Your Monthly SEO Recommendations set out what to improve next and why. The work stays within the plan you have agreed to.

A website action is not a booked job. Your call and customer records help show which requests fit. We keep Google Business Profile activity, unpaid search visits and ad visits separate. To judge whether the work pays for itself, we need actual business returns and costs. We do not guess missing figures.

Compare the Plans and What They Include

Local-Town SEO Starts At

$800/month

For a local town with no competition. The area and competition determine which plan fits; this is not a price for every business.

Compare plans and prices ↗

What Each Plan Adds

The base plan includes four planned articles each month, improvements to key pages and basic work to help local customers find you. It also includes checks on the information that helps people trust your business and tracking of results. Articles are researched and reviewed before publication. We do not add needless pages to meet a count.

Low–mid adds outreach to relevant websites to seek links to your site, plus several posts each week on your Google Business Profile, your business listing on Google. Mid ($1,800/month) and High also include work on how often people click after seeing your search listing. Those plans include a Knowledge Sheet, a record of key business facts, updated every six months. They add work to explain your services and support your business information with evidence.

The $800 plan does not include several Google business listing posts each week. Local SEO has a six-month minimum. Setup, broader markets, extra profiles and work outside the plan are separate. Read the full pricing terms.

A Good Fit

You know which jobs you want and where your crews work. Someone can answer calls, share project details you have permission to use and tell us which requests fit.

Fix What Gets in the Way First

A broken form or an unanswered phone can lose a good request. Unclear service areas or missing access to your Google listing can also hold up the work. Being found more often does not solve those problems by itself.

Questions About Pest Control Marketing

Does Every Pest Need Its Own Page?

Only if you handle that pest and have useful, different information to share. Improve the current page first when another would say the same thing.

Can We Explain Our Ongoing Plans?

Yes. Use your actual inclusions, exclusions and repeat-visit terms. We will not borrow a price or guarantee from another provider.

Who Writes the Treatment and Safety Details?

Your qualified experts must supply or check those details. SGS explains your confirmed services; marketing work does not replace treatment advice.
