From a design idea to a site-specific conversation

Connect Pool Design Interest with the Work You Build

Search Geek Solutions helps pool builders turn design interest into project conversations through local SEO services that make their work easier to find and evaluate. Our SEO as Science approach uses proprietary methods to connect pool ideas with practical project information, Google Maps strategy and efforts toward visibility in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. Google Ads management can support the same growth priorities, bringing the properties you serve and questions your estimator needs into focus.

A Pool Project Needs More Than a Shape

  1. Intended use and design
  2. Property and access
  3. Discuss the building work
Example of a customer's first questions, not a real project or a promised result. Your team assesses and does the trade work.

Clutch reviews shown as of September 13, 2026. Google reviews are shown separately; the two ratings are not combined. Award badges reflect 2022 and 2023 recognition.

Connect the Gallery with What You Build

A homeowner comparing designs needs to know which pools and features you build. Use real project examples to explain your work and the first conversation. A photo cannot promise that a feature will suit another site, cost the same or be finished by a certain date.

Separate New Builds, Renovations and Pool Care

Explain new construction, renovation and supported pool types. Include repairs and maintenance only if you offer them. If a project involves excavation, hardscaping or landscaping, say who handles each part. Do not leave customers guessing whether permits or subcontractor work are included.

Bring the Property into the Conversation

The homeowner's plans, site access and proposed work all matter. Your team decides site suitability and the next steps. We help explain those discussion points beside project photos you can share and your contact details. Keep your service area accurate on Google Maps. A gallery is not a construction quote.

Pool-builder pages should connect design interest to a realistic first project conversation.

Maintenance requests arrive at a construction-only business.Whether the offer is new builds, renovation, recurring care or a confirmed combination.Separate construction from routine-care wording on existing pages.

Look Beyond the Gallery Visit

Separate design questions from property-specific build requests and routine-care calls. Google Search Console shows how people find your site. Google Analytics records website activity. Your office tells us which sites and projects fit. Judging financial results needs completed-project and cost records, not just image views.

Give AI Discovery More Than a Pool Photograph

Who builds or renovates pools and what site information do they need?

  • Supported pool and project types
  • Real project roles and examples
  • Related-work responsibilities
Illustrative AI discovery journey, not an actual recommendation or guaranteed inclusion.

An artificial intelligence (AI) answer may introduce a homeowner to pool types. We help your site explain the pools you actually build, using real project details. Your team confirms permit responsibilities, site assessment, schedules and project prices. The SOL Diamonds example below is from a jewelry business, not a result for pool builders.

An example from a jewelry business: SOL Diamonds

For SOL Diamonds, 36.4% of tracked website actions came from visits linked to ChatGPT in August 2026. These included form events and phone clicks, not confirmed sales.

We work on how customers find your business in search and how AI tools understand your services. Both need clear answers, accurate business details and facts people can check.

What this number means

The percentage compares actions from visits linked to chatgpt.com with all tracked website actions in the report. It is a share of actions, not an increase. The sample is small: one client and one month.

One person may click or submit a form more than once. These actions do not count separate customers, completed calls, sales or revenue. Calls from the Google business listing are outside this total. The recorded source does not prove what caused the result.

The business connection

Keep Pool Revenue and Project Profit Distinct

Agreed pool construction work

Booked Work
An agreed job is not yet a customer payment.
Revenue and Collections
Record earned job revenue; track collected payments separately.
Costs to Account For
Materials · labor · related project work; overhead and marketing.
Profit Is What Remains
Revenue less delivery costs, overhead and marketing; account for tax as applicable.

Marketing ROI needs attributable return and a defined marketing cost basis. More calls alone do not establish it.

Illustrative business relationship, not a revenue forecast, margin estimate or achieved result.

Inquiries from unpaid search
+275.0%
Website call and form actions

Google Business Profile

Calls recorded through the Google listing
Change from the year before; not a count of separate customers.

The earlier inquiry counts were small. A large percentage increase does not mean a large number of separate customers.

Keep the numbers separate

Site visits, inquiries from unpaid search and calls from the Google listing measure different things. Adding them would not give a count of separate customers.

Use the report to choose the next step

Ask which inquiries fit the work you want before choosing a page to improve. This is an example question, not a record of advice given to this client.

Your report should help you understand what happened and what needs attention. Here is what the reporting work includes.

Your Numbers in One Place

Your Data Studio dashboard is an online report. It shows the agreed measures of how people find you, calls, forms and where inquiries came from.

An Explanation of What Changed

Your SEO Insights explain changes in plain language. Your office helps fill in what a report cannot tell us: which calls were useful and which became jobs.

What to Work on Next

Your Monthly SEO Recommendations set out what to improve next and why. The work stays within the plan you have agreed to.

A website action is not a booked job. Your call and customer records help show which requests fit. We keep Google Business Profile activity, unpaid search visits and ad visits separate. To judge whether the work pays for itself, we need actual business returns and costs. We do not guess missing figures.

A clear starting point

Compare the Plans and What They Include

Local-Town SEO Starts At

$800/month

For a local town with no competition. The area and competition determine which plan fits; this is not a price for every business.

Compare plans and prices ↗

What Each Plan Adds

The base plan includes four planned articles each month, improvements to key pages and basic work to help local customers find you. It also includes checks on the information that helps people trust your business and tracking of results. Articles are researched and reviewed before publication. We do not add needless pages to meet a count.

Low–mid adds outreach to relevant websites to seek links to your site, plus several posts each week on your Google Business Profile, your business listing on Google. Mid ($1,800/month) and High also include work on how often people click after seeing your search listing. Those plans include a Knowledge Sheet, a record of key business facts, updated every six months. They add work to explain your services and support your business information with evidence.

The $800 plan does not include several Google business listing posts each week. Local SEO has a six-month minimum. Setup, broader markets, extra profiles and work outside the plan are separate. Read the full pricing terms.

A Good Fit

You know which jobs you want and where your crews work. Someone can answer calls, share project details you have permission to use and tell us which requests fit.

Fix What Gets in the Way First

A broken form or an unanswered phone can lose a good request. Unclear service areas or missing access to your Google listing can also hold up the work. Being found more often does not solve those problems by itself.

Questions About Pool Building Marketing

Should We Promote Pool Maintenance Here?

Only if you offer it. New builds and ongoing care need different information. Sharing the word pool does not make them the same service.

Can a Gallery Show a Typical Budget?

Only when you have an approved, applicable figure and can explain what it covers. A photo cannot set the installed price for another property.

Who Confirms Permits and Site Requirements?

Your qualified team confirms your responsibilities and the project's requirements. SGS explains that work; it does not assess the site.

Turn Pool Ideas into a Better First Meeting

Bring the pool types you build, project photos you can share and the questions you ask about a property. Let's discuss how your site can prepare customers for that meeting.

Agree on Who Does What

Before work starts, we agree on the website changes SGS will make and what needs your team or web developer. You confirm your services, service area and project details. Our contractor SEO services help local customers find and understand that work.
