From inspiration to a defined project

Connect Homeowners with the Remodeling Work You Do

Search Geek Solutions helps remodeling owners attract conversations about projects worth estimating through local SEO services that connect homeowner ideas with work the business accepts. We practice SEO as Science, using proprietary methods to make project scope and craftsmanship clearer across the website and Google Maps while pursuing visibility in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. Coordinated Google Ads management can support the same project priorities, helping homeowners move from inspiration to an estimate conversation.

From Room Ideas to a Project Discussion

  1. Explore the rooms
  2. Define the project
  3. Discuss the fit
Example of a customer's first questions, not a real project or a promised result. Your team assesses and does the trade work.

Turn Room Ideas into a Useful First Conversation

Someone saving kitchen ideas is not at the same stage as someone planning an addition. Your website can help both. Explain the projects you take on and what you discuss at the first meeting. Do not let a gallery imply free design work or an available start date.

Make Each Kind of Project Easy to Understand

Show whole-home renovations, additions and room remodels where you offer them. Kitchen, bathroom, basement and design-build pages should answer different questions. If other trades are involved, explain who handles the general contracting, plumbing, electrical, roofing or landscaping work. A renovation should not sound as though every service is included.

Give Your Project Photos a Job to Do

Tell visitors which rooms changed and what work your team did. Use only photos and details you have permission to share. Explain why access and living in the home during work matter. A finished kitchen can show your work; it cannot set the price or schedule for another home.

Remodeling pages should help homeowners describe a project your team can assess.

Look at Estimate Requests, Not Just Gallery Visits

Are visitors asking about the renovations you want to build? Compare early design questions with estimate requests and accepted projects. Google Search Console shows how people find you. Google Analytics records website use. Your office supplies the missing part: which requests fit. Keep the towns you serve accurate on Google Maps too.

Give AI Questions Real Project Context

Who takes on a room remodel versus a whole-home renovation?

  • Room, addition and renovation scope
  • Approved project photos and roles
  • Occupied-home planning details
Illustrative AI discovery journey, not an actual recommendation or guaranteed inclusion.

An artificial intelligence (AI) answer may help a homeowner make a shortlist of remodelers. Your site still needs real project details, photos you can share and a clear account of who does the work. We help organize that information without promising another home's budget or schedule. The SOL Diamonds example below is from a jewelry business, not a result for remodeling contractors.

An example from a jewelry business: SOL Diamonds

For SOL Diamonds, 36.4% of tracked website actions came from visits linked to ChatGPT in August 2026. These included form events and phone clicks, not confirmed sales.

We work on how customers find your business in search and how AI tools understand your services. Both need clear answers, accurate business details and facts people can check.

ChatGPTOther sources

What this number means

The percentage compares actions from visits linked to chatgpt.com with all tracked website actions in the report. It is a share of actions, not an increase. The sample is small: one client and one month.

One person may click or submit a form more than once. These actions do not count separate customers, completed calls, sales or revenue. Calls from the Google business listing are outside this total. The recorded source does not prove what caused the result.

If larger renovations are your priority but small specialty jobs dominate the calls, review the service descriptions and photo captions. The next useful change may be a clearer project example, not another page.

Booked Work
An agreed job is not yet a customer payment.
Revenue and Collections
Record earned job revenue; track collected payments separately.
Costs to Account For
Materials · crew · subcontracted work; overhead and marketing.
Profit Is What Remains

Marketing ROI needs attributable return and a defined marketing cost basis. More calls alone do not establish it.

The earlier inquiry counts were small. A large percentage increase does not mean a large number of separate customers.

Keep the numbers separate

Site visits, inquiries from unpaid search and calls from the Google listing measure different things. Adding them would not give a count of separate customers.

Use the report to choose the next step

Ask which inquiries fit the work you want before choosing a page to improve. This is an example question, not a record of advice given to this client.

Your report should help you understand what happened and what needs attention. Here is what the reporting work includes.

Your Numbers in One Place

Your Data Studio dashboard is an online report. It shows the agreed measures of how people find you, calls, forms and where inquiries came from.

An Explanation of What Changed

Your SEO Insights explain changes in plain language. Your office helps fill in what a report cannot tell us: which calls were useful and which became jobs.

What to Work on Next

Your Monthly SEO Recommendations set out what to improve next and why. The work stays within the plan you have agreed to.

A website action is not a booked job. Your call and customer records help show which requests fit. We keep Google Business Profile activity, unpaid search visits and ad visits separate. To judge whether the work pays for itself, we need actual business returns and costs. We do not guess missing figures.

Compare the Plans and What They Include

Local-Town SEO Starts At

$800/month

For a local town with no competition. The area and competition determine which plan fits; this is not a price for every business.

Compare plans and prices ↗

What Each Plan Adds

The base plan includes four planned articles each month, improvements to key pages and basic work to help local customers find you. It also includes checks on the information that helps people trust your business and tracking of results. Articles are researched and reviewed before publication. We do not add needless pages to meet a count.

Low–mid adds outreach to relevant websites to seek links to your site, plus several posts each week on your Google Business Profile, your business listing on Google. Mid ($1,800/month) and High also include work on how often people click after seeing your search listing. Those plans include a Knowledge Sheet, a record of key business facts, updated every six months. They add work to explain your services and support your business information with evidence.

The $800 plan does not include several Google business listing posts each week. Local SEO has a six-month minimum. Setup, broader markets, extra profiles and work outside the plan are separate. Read the full pricing terms.

A Good Fit

You know which jobs you want and where your crews work. Someone can answer calls, share project details you have permission to use and tell us which requests fit.

Fix What Gets in the Way First

A broken form or an unanswered phone can lose a good request. Unclear service areas or missing access to your Google listing can also hold up the work. Being found more often does not solve those problems by itself.

Questions About Remodeling Marketing

Does Every Room Need Its Own Page?

No. A separate page needs useful answers about a different kind of project. Changing the room name in the same text will not help a homeowner or your estimator.

Can We Show Projects Without Sharing Private Details?

Yes, with permission to use the photos and descriptions. Explain the work, but leave out private addresses and customer details unless their use is approved.

Should We Put Renovation Prices on the Site?

Only use prices you can support, with the work and conditions they cover. Otherwise, explain what affects the estimate. A photo alone cannot establish a project price.

Bring the Projects You Want to Build

Share your current site, the renovations you want to focus on and project photos you can use. Let's discuss what would help your next estimate conversation.

Agree on Who Does What

Before work starts, we agree on the website changes SGS will make and what needs your team or web developer. You confirm your services, service area and project details. Our contractor SEO services help local customers find and understand that work.
