An exterior decision deserves specific answers

Plan Local SEO Services Around the Repairs and Replacements Your Siding Business Offers

Search Geek Solutions helps siding businesses compete for replacement and repair inquiries through local SEO services that make project fit clear. Our proprietary methods put SEO as Science behind useful material and scope information, Google Maps strategy and efforts toward visibility in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. Google Ads management can support those priorities through paid search, helping homeowners turn exterior concerns into an estimate conversation rather than treating every click as a job.

Show What a Siding Customer Needs to Discuss

  1. Existing system and condition
  2. Repair or replacement interest
  3. The exterior scope to assess
Example of a customer's first questions, not a real project or a promised result. Your team assesses and does the trade work.

Help Your Office Separate Siding Repairs from Full Replacements

A homeowner asking about a damaged section needs to know whether you handle that type of repair. Explain the information needed about the existing system and condition without assuming a cause, promising a match or implying insurance support.

A replacement buyer needs a different conversation about supported systems, trim and the extent of the work. Approved examples can help explain your role. They cannot establish energy savings, manufacturer status or a warranty absent the relevant source.

Keep the Exterior-Service Boundaries Visible

Homeowners may compare siding with windows, gutters, painting and roofing. We use service pages to explain which work your crew takes on and where another trade is responsible. Your content strategy is the plan for those pages and the questions they need to answer, not a reason to advertise exterior services you do not provide.

We review customer questions and competitor pages, then write around your confirmed scope. Broad exterior-renovation language should not imply that every related system or repair is included.

Explain What Your Estimator Needs Before a Visit

Your estimator may need the property type, existing siding, intended work and access details. A landing page, the first page a visitor reaches, can explain those questions beside your existing contact route. We can make that preparation clearer without adding a form or promising an automatic quote.

Local search and Google Maps information should show the area your crew actually covers. We review the user experience too: can someone find repair or replacement information and contact you on a phone? Web traffic measures visits, not siding jobs. Your office's feedback about the requested work helps us choose what to clarify next.

Give AI Search Specific Siding Information

Who handles repairs or replacement for my siding system?

  • Supported systems and trim work
  • Approved exterior project details
  • Related-trade responsibility boundaries
Illustrative AI discovery journey, not an actual recommendation or guaranteed inclusion.

Specific siding information can explain the supported system and the assessment step without guessing at damage causes. Keep manufacturer, efficiency, insurance and warranty claims tied to the exact business evidence. The SOL Diamonds example below is jewelry evidence, not a result for siding contractors. It shows an observed AI referral channel, not a forecast for your business.

An example from a jewelry business: SOL Diamonds

For SOL Diamonds, 36.4% of tracked website actions came from visits linked to ChatGPT in August 2026. These included form events and phone clicks, not confirmed sales.

We help make your business information and service explanations clear for customers using traditional search or AI search engines, tools that can answer questions using information from websites. Accurate services, useful answers and facts people can check support that work. They do not guarantee that an AI answer will include your business.

What this number means

The percentage compares actions from visits linked to chatgpt.com with all tracked website actions in the report. It is a share of actions, not an increase. The sample is small: one client and one month.

One person may click or submit a form more than once. These actions do not count separate customers, completed calls, sales or revenue. Calls from the Google business listing are outside this total. The recorded source does not prove what caused the result.

Compare partial-repair questions, full-replacement inquiries and requests for exterior work you do not offer. Use what the office hears to decide which service page needs a clearer explanation. Recorded calls and forms are not booked siding projects.

Booked Work
An agreed job is not yet a customer payment.
Revenue and Collections
Record earned job revenue; track collected payments separately.
Costs to Account For

Marketing ROI needs attributable return and a defined marketing cost basis. More calls alone do not establish it.

The earlier inquiry counts were small. A large percentage increase does not mean a large number of separate customers.

Keep the numbers separate

Site visits, inquiries from unpaid search and calls from the Google listing measure different things. Adding them would not give a count of separate customers.

Use the report to choose the next step

Ask which inquiries fit the work you want before choosing a page to improve. This is an example question, not a record of advice given to this client.

Your report should help you understand what happened and what needs attention. Here is what the reporting work includes.

Your Numbers in One Place

Your Data Studio dashboard is an online report of the measures agreed for your plan. Google Search Console can show search impressions and clicks; Google Analytics can show website visits and recorded actions. We explain what the available data measures and what it cannot tell us. These tools do not by themselves show which inquiries became jobs.

An Explanation of What Changed

Your SEO Insights explain changes in plain language. Your office helps fill in what a report cannot tell us: which calls were useful and which became jobs.

What to Work on Next

Your Monthly SEO Recommendations set out what to improve next and why. The work stays within the plan you have agreed to.

A website action is not a booked job. Your call and customer records help show which requests fit. We keep Google Business Profile activity, unpaid search visits and ad visits separate. Return on investment compares the business return attributable to the work with its cost. That needs verified returns, costs and a defined period; more visits or recorded forms alone do not establish it.

Local-Town SEO Starts At

What Each Plan Adds

Final plan inclusions must be agreed in writing. The base plan includes four planned articles each month, improvements to key pages and basic work to help local customers find you. It also includes checks on the information that helps people trust your business and tracking of results. Articles are researched and reviewed before publication. We do not add needless pages to meet a count.

Low–mid adds outreach to relevant websites to seek links to your site, plus several posts each week on your Google Business Profile, your business listing on Google. Mid ($1,800/month) and High also include work on how often people click after seeing your search listing. Those plans include a Knowledge Sheet, a record of key business facts, updated every six months. They add work to explain your services and support your business information with evidence.

The $800 plan does not include several Google business listing posts each week. Local SEO has a six-month minimum. Setup, broader markets, extra profiles and work outside the plan are separate. Read the full pricing terms.

A Good Fit

You know which jobs you want and where your crews work. Someone can answer calls, share project details you have permission to use and tell us which requests fit.

Fix What Gets in the Way First

A broken form or an unanswered phone can lose a good request. Unclear service areas or missing access to your Google listing can also hold up the work. Being found more often does not solve those problems by itself.

Questions About Siding Marketing

Can we reuse our roofing results on a siding page?

Only with the original client, service, period and metric labels intact. Roofing evidence can help explain agency work, but it is not a siding outcome and must not be presented as one.

Should storm-related messaging appear automatically?

No. The actual repair scope, availability and any insurance-related support must be confirmed. A weather event is not authority to add promises your team has not made.

Discuss the Siding Jobs You Want Your Website to Support

Bring your supported systems, repair boundaries, coverage and approved project examples. We can discuss a search plan that makes the estimate conversation more specific.

Agree on Who Does What

Before work starts, agree which website changes SGS will make and which need your team or web developer. You confirm your services, coverage and the project details we can use. Our SEO services connect that information with the pages and local-search work in your agreed plan.
