Compare SEO Plans, Costs, and Scope for Your Business

Every SEO plan starts with a search-aligned landing-page build: $250 one time per main service page, with its initial geographic versions included for every target geography in your service-area plan. Then monthly content, page improvements, and authority work build on that foundation. Monthly SEO fees are separate.

More monthly work. Clearly defined scope.

A stronger engine at every level

Start with content and local foundations. Add proactive outreach and a stronger publishing cadence. Then connect your business facts, entity work, and strategic authority assets—with CTR optimization included from Mid upward.

The initial build · Included across all SEO plans

Your services. Every target geography. Built from the start.

Pay $250 one time per main service page. We build that service’s local landing-page content for every geography you want to target—included, with no additional initial-build fee per geography.

  1. 01 · Map the opportunityAlign the terms

Map target services, search intent, and the full geography list so landing-page content has a clear job from the outset.

  2. 02 · Build the core$250 per main service page

Create the service’s core landing-page content around its target terms, buyer questions, relevant proof, and next steps.

  3. 03 · Extend the coverageGeographic versions included

Build the initial local service-page content for every agreed target geography. No repeated $250 charge for each location.

  4. 04 · Keep improvingMonthly work starts on top

Your monthly priority-page improvements and article allowances are ongoing work—not the allowance used to ration the initial build.

Relevant local pages, not town-name swaps. Each page must serve a distinct search need and use accurate service-area information and relevant local detail. We review overlap, existing pages, and internal links so the build strengthens the site rather than creating competing or duplicate destinations.

Available with every SEO plan. The one-time $250 fee applies to each main service page; its initial geographic versions carry no additional per-geography build charge. Your service and geography list, genuine service coverage, and publication schedule are agreed at onboarding. The included geographic build is not deducted from monthly article or priority-page allowances. This is a landing-page content build, not an unlimited website redesign or a ranking guarantee.

More than more articles. A more connected growth program.

Content gives customers useful answers. From Mid upward, CTR optimization supports the campaign’s click-through performance. Strategic outreach builds relevant external proof. From Mid upward, a Knowledge Sheet updated every six months keeps business facts consistent across content, schema, profiles, and supporting assets. Each month builds on the work already done.

What the scope includes—and how we keep the work useful

These expanded packages are proposed for staging review and final written scope. Higher-tier article, page-improvement and test quantities replace lower-tier quantities; they are not added together. All local SEO plans have a six-month minimum. The initial main service-page build is $250 one time per page, with its geographic versions included as described above. It does not consume monthly article or priority-page allowances. Major development, ad spend, additional profiles, and work outside the agreed initial build or monthly scope are quoted separately.

A page improvement is a focused pass on an existing page, not an unlimited rewrite. Articles require distinct buyer needs, approved facts and editorial review. CTR optimization is included in Mid ($1,800/month) and High only, with the approach guided by campaign priorities rather than a fixed test quota.

The Knowledge Sheet is our maintained reference of verified business facts and relationships—not a promise of inclusion in Google’s Knowledge Graph, a Knowledge Panel, or an AI answer. Dedicated prompt tracking and AI campaign expansion remain separate services; the Mid and High Knowledge Sheet and entity work shown above do not require an extra AI package.

Brand/cloud assets are a scoped set of useful, business-relevant profiles, documents or hosted content, with accurate information and relevant links. Initial platform and asset counts, expansion limits and any provider or placement charges are approved in the written scope. Outreach does not guarantee placements. Asset checks are monthly; a new full stack is not built every month. Paid links must be appropriately disclosed and qualified. Link schemes can violate search-engine policies; no bulk spam, guaranteed authority transfer, guaranteed indexation or guaranteed ranking gains are included.

Your Google Business Profile and website. Working together.

Included local SEO work · One Google Business Profile per local plan

Your Google Business Profile is not a set-and-forget listing. We optimize it from top to bottom, keep it active, and connect its content and supporting business signals with your website.

Complete profile optimization

Business information, primary and additional categories, services, description, hours, attributes, imagery, and relevant website and action links—reviewed for accuracy, eligibility, and buyer usefulness.

Multiple posts each week · Low–mid and above

Not included in the $800 Local town tier. From Low–mid upward: service-led updates, useful answers, real offers, and relevant local proof, with clear calls to action and matching website destinations. Your monthly SEO Recommendations guide the calendar without turning every post into the same sales message.

Products setup

Set up eligible GBP Products with accurate names, descriptions, imagery, and destination links. Availability depends on the business category and Google’s current features and policies.

Its own coordinated off-page work

GBP-focused citation, business-profile, and supporting-content optimization connects accurate business, service, and location information across the web. Relevant links and consistent references connect that footprint to both the GBP and website.

BrightLocal review management

BrightLocal reviews management software helps organize review requests, monitor customer feedback, and support review follow-up. Build a consistent process for inviting genuine customer reviews—without incentives, review gating, or promises of five-star results.

One connected local strategy

Posts point to the right service pages. Website content supports the same real services and locations. External business information reinforces a consistent identity. Customers get a clearer route from discovery to an informed inquiry.

GBP + website: built to support each other.

Profile optimization, fresh customer-useful content, reputation support, and relevant off-page work belong in the same plan—not isolated checkboxes. We measure the observable results and use the findings to choose what happens next.

This core GBP coordination is included across local tiers. Mid and High add the dedicated Knowledge Sheet (updated every six months), expanded entity program, and strategic cloud/brand asset scope shown in the comparison. Multiple weekly posts support customer communication; posting frequency alone is not a ranking guarantee. Client access, approved facts/assets, consent, and platform eligibility are required where applicable.

Know what changed. Understand the value. Act on what comes next.

Included with every SEO plan

You should not have to translate a ranking report into a business decision. We bring the numbers, the explanation, and the next-month action plan together.

  1. 01 · See the evidenceYour custom Data Studio dashboard

Built around only the metrics that matter to your business—not every number a tool can export. See where tracked inquiries come from across organic search, your Google Business Profile, paid search where applicable, AI referrals, and other measurable sources.

  2. 02 · Understand the business impactSEO Insights Accompaniment

A client-specific explanation of what changed, what the work may have contributed, and what those results mean for lead opportunities, acquisition efficiency, and your bottom line—not just a restatement of the dashboard.

  3. 03 · Move the work forwardMonthly SEO Recommendations

A proactive plan for the month ahead: which opportunities matter most, why they matter, what we recommend changing, and the approved actions we will take within your plan. Findings feed directly into content, page improvements, GBP, and off-page priorities.

The picture behind your leads—not just your rankings.

We connect visibility to tracked calls, forms, and other agreed conversion actions, with the source and reporting period clearly labeled. When qualified-lead, booked-job, or revenue data is available, we use it to make the business interpretation more meaningful.

We distinguish tracked actions from unique qualified leads and sales. Source attribution has limits: untracked calls, consent restrictions, offline activity, and missing CRM data can leave gaps. We flag those gaps rather than invent revenue, merge incompatible metrics, or claim one SEO task caused every improvement. Your dashboard reflects your services and available verified data.

Initial build and optional additions

One service-page fee. Geographic versions included.

$250 one time per main service page. Its initial local landing-page content is then built for every target geography in the agreed service-area plan, with no additional per-geography build fee. This initial build applies across all SEO plans and does not use up monthly article or page-improvement allowances.

Additional gap content outside both the initial build and included monthly production is $150–$250 per page, subject to approval. Major development and other out-of-scope implementation are itemized separately.

Additional profiles

The sheet lists tier-dependent additions of $350, $500, $650, or $900 for additional Google Business Profiles. The applicable rate and billing cadence must be confirmed in your written proposal before work begins.

Broader organic-search programs

For businesses competing beyond a local market. Final scope depends on niche difficulty, competition, and the value of the traffic being pursued.

Lower difficulty

$2,500 / month

12 planned articles / month; 5–6 links under the existing scoped authority plan. Expanded article allowance proposed for review; topic qualification, factual and editorial review, and the written content plan apply.

Mid difficulty

$4,000 / month

20 planned articles / month; 10+ links under the existing scoped authority plan. Expanded article allowance proposed for review; topic qualification, factual and editorial review, and the written content plan apply.

High difficulty

$7,500+ / month

32 planned articles / month; 25 links under the existing scoped authority plan. Expanded article allowance proposed for review; topic qualification, factual and editorial review, and the written content plan apply.

Six-month minimum. The same initial-build benefit applies: $250 one time per main service page, with initial geographic versions included wherever local service coverage is part of the agreed strategy. No additional initial-build fee per geography. Non-local landing-page work outside that service-page build is scoped separately. Additional gap content outside included initial and monthly production is $150–$250 per page, subject to approval.

AI visibility packages

Foundation: $650/month per location

Single-entity knowledge sheet, knowledge graph management, core service/entity schema, business–service–location relationships, monthly AI seeding/submission, AI-readable formatting, and tracking of 5 prompts per engine across ChatGPT and Google AI.

Growth: $850/month per location

Foundation scope plus expanded service-page schema, ongoing graph and topic-relationship work, monthly visibility and competitor analysis, advanced readability, and tracking of 10 prompts per engine.

Quoted separately. The supplied sheet does not establish that these packages are bundled into the SEO prices above. No AI citation, answer inclusion, or ranking is guaranteed.
